Good representation starts with good communication. Our goal is to empower you to make informed decisions about your case. Most clients prefer that their case be successfully resolved without the stress and expense of a trial. We work to accomplish that through investigation, mitigation, and negotiation. However, when the situation demands it, Johnson Law will not hesitate to take your case to a jury trial. We fight to win at trial. We have the resources and experience to build a trial team that will aggressively defend you in the courtroom.
Criminal Defense Is All We Do,
And We Do It Well!

How much will it cost? What will you do for me if I hire you? You deserve answers to these questions before you hire a lawyer. Seth will give you a realistic opinion about your case, what can be done, and what he would charge.
In the criminal defense world, achieving excellent case results is often a function of the amount of time invested working on the case and attention to detail. Our goal is not to be the cheapest lawyer in town, but rather to provide value to our clients through meaningful results. I will typically charge a “flat fee” fixed amount for the entire case, paid upfront. Payment plans may be approved on a case-by-case basis. Your money goes into a trust account initially. Payments are withdrawn from the trust account as work is performed in your case. To prevent billing surprises, all fees and expenses are put in writing before representation begins. In addition to attorney fees, if your case requires the services of an investigator, expert witness, or other litigation expenses, the Client is responsible for those additional expenses. Alternatively, complex or serious felonies may be charged on a retained “hourly basis” because it is often impossible in these cases to predict at the beginning the amount of work that will be involved.
WE STRIVE TO PROVIDE VALUE TO OUR CLIENTS THROUGH THE RESULTS WE OBTAIN
